Avanta goes “Beyond Four Walls”, reinventing what it means to be a serviced office provider.

Since 2006 Emotio’s team have worked with Avanta providing marketing, design and branding for both online and offline activities. Avanta’s initial requirements comprised of a new website, together with management of their PPC and Search Engine Optimization. As Avanta grew, we provided the design for all centre literature, micro-sites and marketing. Global serviced office giant Regus has now acquired Avanta as it looks to corner an increasingly busy market.

Website Design

The Avanta site was built on a bespoke website platform, which allows a significant amount of control over the entire site via a client administration area. In the early days, Emotio worked hand in hand with one of the world’s largest digital agencies on an aggressive search engine optimisation campaign. By perfecting the search structure of the website, we established Avanta on the first page of Google for a significant selection of keywords which made them the number 1 provider in the UK. Emotio allocated a dedicated monthly period to Avanta. This allowed us to manage all aspects of the sites design, evolution and content. We maintained and ran a dedicated hosting solution to ensure the highest level of uptime for the website and even now ten years later Avanta is still a client.

Emotio produced consistently high-quality design for print. The marketing collateral ranged from folders to individual services flyers and brochures.

Emotio also drove the hire of meeting rooms via B2B lead generation. We produced all the individual office literature and promotional material. This ranged from sign up sheets and stationery to flyers and posters around each venue.


All design work followed strict brand guidelines which Emotio had created and evolved over the many years.


Avanta quickly grew to be one of the biggest competitors in the UK serviced office arena.

Microsites and landing pages

As part of our marketing campaigns, we deployed many microsites, a tactic less used nowadays. We also were early adopters of dedicated landing pages which we used for marketing campaigns.


Over a long and prosperous relationship for both parties; Emotio’s Search Optimisation achieved high 1st page rankings for prime traffic keywords, within the first six months, resulting in a 240% increase in traffic. Of the original 100 keywords, there are still over 60 on the first page of all major search engines. Over a decade later Avanta still has over 120 keywords listed on the first page of Google.


Emotio carried out a restructure of the AdWords campaign which quickly saw an 80% increase in relevant traffic at the cost of just 30% of their normal spend. The Google Adwords activity became a prime driver of conversions for all parts of Avanta from the office contracts and meeting room bookings to subscriptions to their virtual office service.


Avanta has grown to become one of the industry leaders in Serviced Offices and Meeting Rooms across the UK and in 2016 they were acquired by Regus.
